It’s more of a salad with rice, meat (usually beef, but could work with pork or chicken), lettuce, and sometimes eggs, with other types of vegetables added into the mix (mushroom can be added too if you so wish). The meal can be served in a bowl, but a dish is more popular.
I’d like to mention that if you search up “hamburger bowl” vs “ハンバーグ丼”, you’ll get pretty-similar-but-a-bit-different results. What I just described is the Japanese version of the dish. Localization does come into play with this meal. ↑
2 The Idol Film Festival Award Ceremony, or IFF for short, references the Ensemble Stars!! movie “Road To Show”, which came out in March 2022. As far as I know, there isn’t an actual story that was published in-game about Road To Show, but the movie is considered as canon to the timeline. ↑
